Results from my MRI. No changes since my last MRI in 2005. This is great news. I am so happy. this gives me so much inner strength and peace. I can not begin to tell you the way I feel right now. I have struggled so much the last 7 years. I can honestly say I love my life right now. My family has been such strength and support for me. I am eating less meat than ever in my life and exercising. I found that I must get lots of sleep;sometimes as much as 12 hours of sleep. I must also keep my stress level down as much as I can. All this has helped me get this far.
