Essential Reading (Living Well)

  1. I first read this amazing book by Montel Williams with awe. I could really relate to Montel's pain and struggles. MS is called the invisible disease because there is so much that goes on inside your body and your head that no one can actually see. You can feel it though. You can feel that this thing has taken over your life. There is a lot of pain. There is confusion. There is depression. It likes when you have a word on the tip of your tongue and you can't get it out. It's like that, except it is coming from your brain. Montel Williams knows what that is like because he has experienced it. I could relate to everything Montel wrote about.
I also changed the way I was eating because of what Montel has done to help himself cope with this disease. Montel has inspired me to make my life better in spite of Multiple Sclerosis.
